Dawn Nakagawa

Dawn Nakagawa, born in 1971, is Executive Vice President of the Berggruen Institute. Prior to this, Dawn was Executive Vice President of the Pacific Council on International Policy where she oversaw the strategy, organizational development and policy projects. Dawn has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from McGill University.
