Stephen Roach

Stephen Roach is an American economist who is currently Senior Fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and a Senior Lecturer at Yale School of Management. He was former Chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia and Chief Economist at Morgan Stanley.

His writing and research address the impacts of Asia on the broader global economy globalization, trade policy, and the global imbalances’ implications on capital market. His publications include On the Next Asia (2009) and Unbalanced (2014).
