Lawrence H. Summers is the President Emeritus and the Charles W. Eliot University Professor at Harvard University.

He served as Secretary of the United States Department of the Treasury in the Clinton Administration, Director of the White House National Economic Council in the Obama Administration, President of Harvard University and Chief Economist of the World Bank.
