Yves Leterme

Yves Leterme is former Prime Minister of Belgium from 2008 to 2011. He once served as Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium. He also served as Deputy Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) from 2011 to 2014, and Secretary-General of International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) from June 2014 to May 2019.

Mr. Leterme is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Academy for Cultural Diplomacy, an international, not-for-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to develop and raise awareness of the theory and practice of cultural diplomacy with headquarters in the USA and in Berlin.
