Lee Der-Horng is Fellow of Academy of Engineering Singapore, Vice President of PCITECH, Dean of PCI Academy of AI Technology and Traffic Brain Academy. He is also the tenured professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of National University of Singapore, Beijing high-level talent and specially-invited expert, Guangzhou high-level talent (Certificate A), expert member of Guangdong Provincial New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy Advisory Expert Committee and expert member of Guangzhou Strategic Advisory Committee of Research and Development Plan in Key Areas.
