Jiang Jianguo

Mr. Jiang is Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee. He was a standing member and the Director of the Publicity Departmentof the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee,the Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the General Administration of Press and Publication,the Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and the Director of the State Council Information Office. He was a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
