Bai Lizhen

Mr. Bai was a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee and Governor of Ningxia, Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. He was a member of the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
